Biography: Serge Pierfederici received an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Electricité et Mécanique, Nancy–Lorraine, France, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine, in 1998. Since 2009, he has been a Full Professor with Lorrain University and a member of LEMTA. He is the author or co-author of more than 100 international peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include the stability study of distributed power systems, the modeling and control of power electronic systems, and the distributed control of multisource multicarrier microgrids. He was a recipient of several IEEE awards (Based on document published on 17 May 2022).
