Biography: Dr. Panarit Sethakul is an Assistant Professor at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand. He received the Ph.D. degree from “Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine” (INPL, France) in 2009 in electrical engineering and a Dipl.-Ing. from University of Wuppertal, Germany in 1986. From 1996 to 2008, he was with Thai-French Innovation Institute as a Director, Dean of Faculty of Technical Education from 2008-2016, and Chairperson of the Committee for Development of Assessment Systems for Vocation Education, ONESQA from 2016-2020. In 2013, he was an IEEE Education Society Chapter Chair, IEEE Thailand Section, and moreover, he possessed more than 100 journals and conference papers as an author and co-author. Currently, he is an Advisory to Dean of Faculty of Technical Education, Chief Executive Officer of Welding Institute of Thailand (IIW ANB-Thailand), Chairman of the Association of Industrial Education Thai (AIET), and Chairperson of IGIP (International Society for Engineering Pedagogy) National Section of Thailand.
